Ordering & Shipping
Please Read Carefully
and Completely before Ordering !!
With such a high demand for these birds.
Be Sure to Reserve your birds as early as possible.
All orders must be paid for in advance to reserve birds
Ordering
We accept orders year round for fall shipments.
And some Spring shipments.
50% deposit required to Reserve an order, with the balance due
prior to
shipping.
Deposits
are not refundable !
Unless the bird you order is not available.
Absolutely No Refunds on Cancellations
Orders must be accepted when we are ready to ship.
If you are planning a vacation or you have a situation where you can not accept
the birds when they are ready to be shipped, please contact us right away so we
can make other arrangements for shipping.
Refusing to accept your birds when they are ready to be shipped, will be
considered as Cancelled. Customers who can not be reached by phone or email
after 30 days will be considered the same as Cancelled and will be charged a
boarding fee of $0.25 a day per bird, unless other arrangements have been made.
There is absolutely no refunds for Cancellations or refusal to accept your
birds when they are ready to be shipped, unless other arrangements were made in
advance and put in writing.
Birds that can not be shipped due to the fact that we can not provide or
ship the bird Will be Refunded.
Please include Area code and Phone number with your order.
Any order without a phone number will be returned and you
will loose
your place in the shipping order.
Shipping
All orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service via Express Mail.
The U.S. Postal Service does NOT insure the delivery of Live Birds.
The safe delivery is the responsibility of the carrier U.S. Postal Service , not the supplier.
We make sure we do everything possible to assure that the birds are healthy and
safe prior to shipping, but as with any live animal there is always the risk of a
casualty.
Let me assure you that this is the safest way to ship birds and our casualty
rate is less than 1% yearly.
Your birds will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service via
Express Mail on Mon., Tues., & Wed.
The U.S. Postal Service requires use of approved shipping containers. The cost
of the container is included in the shipping cost.
Shipping Costs
1 pair ducks $50.00
2 pair ducks $65.00
3 pair ducks $80.00
4 pair ducks $100.00
Only 4 pairs can be shipped in one container.
When figuring orders larger than 4 pair use the figures listed above.

me. Shipping Costs for
larger ducks such as Shelducks and Pintails are as follows:
1 pair large ducks $65.00
2 pair large ducks $80.00 For order
larger than 2 pair or for Mixed duck orders Email
