There are four (4) mutations of the Mandarin Duck coloration:
Besides the Normal color, there is White. Blonde, Apricot, and
Black The White Mandarin Duck is primarily white with buff markings.
Although only 3 of these exist in the U.S., the Normal, White,
and the Blonde. The Apricot and the Black Mandarin are
commonly raised in European Countries, and currently can not
be imported.
Mutations are not the same as Hybrids. Mutations occur
naturally and Hybrids are crossed with other species.
